How It Works

Decide which TMS Global tool you want to get accredited in. Most practitioners start with TMP (the foundation), then add others based on their practice needs.
Step 2: Select Your Format
Public accreditation: join scheduled workshops with other practitioners (virtual or face-to-face). In-house accreditation: customised program for your organisation, ideal for teams of 5 or more.
Step 3: Complete Training
Participate in comprehensive training covering product theory and research foundation, administration and interpretation, facilitation and debrief skills, and practice sessions with feedback.
Step 4: Start Delivering
You’re now accredited. Begin delivering TMS Global tools to your clients or organisation immediately.
Step 5: Ongoing Development

How long does accreditation take?

Do I need to be accredited in all products?
You don’t need to start with everything at once. Most practitioners begin with TMP as the foundation, then add other tools as their practice or organisational needs deepen. While each tool delivers value on its own, the real depth comes from combining them.
Is there an exam or assessment?
No. You’ll demonstrate competence through practice facilitation, case interpretation and peer feedback throughout the workshop.
What if I’m not currently working as a consultant or in HR?
That’s fine. Accreditation is open to business leaders, managers, coaches, educators and anyone committed to developing teams. You don’t need a consulting practice to get accredited.
Can I deliver TMS Global products before completing accreditation?
No. You must be fully accredited before administering TMS Global profiles or diagnostics or facilitating debriefs. This ensures quality, ethical practice and protects the integrity of the methodology.
What ongoing requirements are there?
Your accreditation is lifelong with no annual renewal fees or continuing education requirements. However, we strongly encourage ongoing participation in webinars, refreshers and practitioner events to maintain skill and stay current.
What support do I get after accreditation?
Master Trainer consultation for complex cases, practitioner community peer support, webinars and ongoing training, access to updated research and materials, and technical support for the TMS Global Portal.
Is accreditation recognised internationally?
Yes. TMS Global accreditation is globally recognised across all 190 countries where TMS Global operates. Your accreditation allows you to deliver TMS Global products anywhere in the world.
Can I become a TMS Global Associate?
Yes. After demonstrating proficiency in at least two tools and delivering successfully for clients – buying a minimum of 50 profiles a year – you can apply to become a TMS Global Associate. Associates receive referrals, appear in our directory and deliver public accreditation workshops.
