What is TeamOS?
TeamOS is a continuous team development platform built on the Team Management Profile (TMP). It combines validated psychometrics with Oski, an AI coaching engine, to keep team insights alive in the flow of daily work — long after the initial assessment or workshop ends.
How is TeamOS different from a one-off workshop or assessment?
Traditional workshops deliver valuable insight — but that insight fades. Most profile reports are never referenced after the initial debrief. TeamOS solves this by making the same research-backed insight continuously available through Oski, personalised to each person and accessible anytime via browser, Microsoft Teams or email.
What is Oski?
Oski is the AI coach within TeamOS. Unlike generic AI assistants, Oski is grounded in each person’s TMP results and the validated TMS Global framework. It provides personalised coaching on work preferences, team dynamics, collaboration challenges and development — available anytime, without booking a facilitator.
Is Oski replacing the need for a facilitator?
No. The expert human debrief from a TMS Global practitioner is still the recommended foundation for any team development programme. Oski builds on that foundation — keeping the insight alive and available in the months between facilitated sessions. It reduces dependency on facilitation for routine coaching questions, but doesn’t replace the value of skilled facilitation.
How long does it take to set up TeamOS?
Deployment takes days, not months. There’s no IT project, no complex implementation and no consultant dependency. Team members complete the TMP questionnaire (approximately 15 minutes), and the team composition view and Oski coaching are available almost immediately. Total onboarding time: approximately one hour per person.
How does TeamOS work with Microsoft Teams?
TeamOS integrates directly with Microsoft Teams. Team members can access their profile, interact with Oski, receive team insights and explore collaboration tips — all without leaving the Teams environment. The integration requires standard Teams app approval from your IT team.
Can TeamOS be used for recruitment, selection or hiring decisions?
No — and this is protected by TMS Global’s ethical guidelines, which are binding on everyone who uses the platform. TeamOS is a development tool. It cannot be used as the basis for any employment decision. Individual profile results belong to the person who completed them, not the organisation.
What data does TeamOS collect and how is it protected?
TeamOS collects names, email addresses and questionnaire responses. Individual profile data is the personal property of the respondent — not the organisation. TMS Global complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. Profile results cannot be shared with third parties without explicit respondent consent. My team has already completed TMP profiles. Can we use TeamOS?
