With a decade of success in the hospitality industry, Clare Edwards transitioned into IT leadership, driven by her passion for languages and cross-cultural connection. Over 16 years, she led high-performing teams across global organisations, culminating in being named Global Team Manager of the Year at a McGraw Hill company; recognition of her commitment to harnessing team diversity and inclusion.

Clare now consults internationally, working with organisations in Australia, Southeast Asia, the USA, UK, and Europe. Her expertise lies in helping teams thrive through the lens of neuroscience, leadership, and behavioural insight. Having studied the Neuroscience of Leadership and Change, Clare integrates brain-based principles into her work, offering clients practical tools to understand human behaviour and foster sustainable change.

Known for her intuitive grasp of team dynamics, Clare empowers leaders to build cultures of empathy, resilience, and collaboration. Her facilitation of the Team Management Profile (TMP) and Opportunities-Obstacles Quotient (QO2) tools helps teams uncover strengths, navigate differences, and align around shared goals.
