For over 25 years, leaders from six continents have worked with Dr. Hoh Kim to make better decisions, benefiting from his scientific rigor and human inquiry as a Strategic Listener. As a Master Trainer of the Team Management Profile, he creatively uses TMS suites for initiatives ranging from leadership and team development to new product launches and storytelling workshops. Dr. Kim is the founder, coach, and facilitator at THE LAB h. He is also a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer and a UC Berkeley Certified Executive Coach.

Based in Seoul, Korea, Hoh enjoys a WALA (Work-And-Live-Anywhere) lifestyle, traveling from Tasmania and Hokkaido to Copenhagen and Nova Scotia. As an inquirer, he uses his art to ask profound questions and has hosted two exhibitions. He is a lifetime learner and is currently a student at the University of Tasmania pursuing a Diploma in Creative Arts and Health.

His academic works have been published in international journals, including Frontiers in Human Neuroscience and PLOS One. He has written nine books and translated five. His most recent project is the upcoming co-authored book, Becoming a Self-differentiated Leader.
