Janet is a leadership coach who helps finance leaders and their teams lead authentically, with confidence and clarity. After more than 30 years leading finance functions in complex, mission-driven institutions, including the World Bank and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, Janet made the same leap she now coaches others through: from technical expert to leader.

She uses the Team Management Profile to coach teams directly, drawing on decades of cross-cultural management experience, including leading a shared services team in India, to help groups move past friction in working styles, time zones, and cultural norms into real collaboration, understanding and performance.

Janet’s approach is down-to-earth and direct, pairing wisdom with accountability. She believes the most powerful leadership, individual or collective, comes from an authentic presence.
