Linking – the integration of people and work processes – is necessary to ensure high performance at work. Our 360° diagnostic tool, the Linking Leader Profile (LLP|360), provides the ability to identify a leader’s performance around people, task and leadership related skills.
The LLP|360 assists the leader in developing strategies to improve their performance for the benefit of the organisation. This feedback tool evaluates 13 competencies that form the basis of outstanding leadership.
