The Team Management Profile (TMP) is a psychometric tool that delivers insights into preferences and behaviour in the workplace. To ensure the highest standards of ethical care, the TMP must only be delivered and debriefed by appropriately trained professionals who have completed accreditation through TMS.
TMP accreditation equips you with the necessary training to facilitate a TMP debrief and provides you with the resources required to build a programme using the TMP.

Before the Workshops:

– One-on-One Coaching Debrief – week before workshops

Workshops and Practice Profile:
– Workshop One – 9.00am-2.00pm (AEST/QLD) – Introduction, orientation, Types of Work Wheel, RIDO scale and much more.
– First Practice Profile Debrief – scheduled by you with your nominated participant
– Workshop Two – 9.00am-2.00pm (AEST/QLD) – Review practice debrief, research and norm data, team sessions, program design and much more.
After the Workshops:
– Portal Training – week after the workshops
– Second Practice Profile Debrief
