Work with South Korean-based TMP Master Trainer, Dr Hoh Kim to become accredited in the Team Management Profile (TMP). This workshop will be conducted in Korean language.
The TMP is a psychometric tool that delivers insights into preferences and behaviour in the workplace. To ensure the highest standards of ethical care, the TMP must only be delivered and debriefed by appropriately trained professionals who have completed accreditation through TMS.
TMP accreditation equips you with the necessary training to facilitate a TMP debrief and provides you with the resources required to build a programme using the TMP.
